Hi, my name is Scott and I am the service manager for Austin Autohaus. I will be the one to guide you through your repairs. I usually answer the phone, so now you know who you are talking to when you call!
Robert Lopez, owner, is onsite daily and oversees all the repairs. You may get your car repaired here and not see him. However, if you would like to meet him, just let us know. All our technicians are very experienced Mercedes-Benz technicians and we have broad experience with other brands as well. We are fortunate that Robert is a wealth of information and ingenuity for vehicles that are especially challenging.
In addition to Robert's knowledge and experience, we recently added the latest computer interface diagnostic equipment that allows us to obtain fault codes from the newest to the oldest Mercedes-Benz and other automobiles.
