They were highly recommended to me by a good friend of my daughter, as they were his company of choice for his Mercedes. I felt confident in his word and began a customer relationship with them. I feel they have always dealt with me fairly and reasonably and their work is of the highest quality. They will tell you the truth and do what they say. They get to know their customers and their cars well, and deal with you on a friendly, personal basis. I would not trust my Mercedes to anyone else (and I am very fussy about my car). I have been taking my car to Robert for the past few years. With Robert taking over, I have been very pleased with the recent service and attention to detail. Robert and Scott do the work that should be done and point out things that should be monitored. Mark me as a very satisfied customer. My car is an '83 380SL, an oldie but goodie thanks to Robert.

We have been going to them for about three years now. We just recently brought in our daughter's car for service for the described service. The part was not very expensive, they do not 'jack' their parts prices up. Most of the what you pay for is their repair work. They finished the work in one day, that included getting the part. If the work is not done to par, they will stand behind what they do and not charge you twice. We have never been disappointed and would recommend them highly.

I've brought both of my vehicles to Austin Auto for some time now. I haven't ever had a problem or any surprises. The staff there is really nice, reliable and always honest with the customers. They also get the job done the first time and that's excellent.

It was a typical air conditioning repair that Austin s were hired to do, so I am not to sure what I can really tell you. They were able to get me back on the road pretty quick. They offered a decent price and were also nice throughout the process. I would have no reasons to say anything bad about them or to go somewhere else for service.
