I was referred to them (Austin Autohaus) about 10 years ago after having gone to Continental Cars (nice but too expensive and not really concerned about me (and my car) as an individual) and another local shop that specialized in Mercedes-Benz where I was spoken to as if I am an idiot who knows nothing and is incapable of comprehending anything about how automobiles work. Austin Autohaus has been servicing my car every since (1993).

They are courteous, professional, technically superb, timely and otherwise "engaged" in their work and their relationship with their customers.

I have been a customer there (Austin Autohaus) since I moved to Austin at the end of 2000. They were highly recommended to me by a good friend of my daughter, as they were his company of choice for his Mercedes. I felt confident in his word and began a customer relationship with them.

I feel they have always dealt with me fairly and reasonably and their work is of the highest quality. They will tell you the truth and do what they say. They get to know their customers and their cars well, and deal with you on a friendly, personal basis. I would not trust my Mercedes to anyone else (and I am very fussy about my car).
